All of the information contained on this site is referenced for the reader's convenience.  Information on each of these drugs was gathered from a number of sources; however, most of the data was obtained from Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations parts 500 to 599, and from the Federal Register.  Supplemental information was requested from the CVM, under the Freedom of Information Act.  As a final source, each sponsor was asked to review the information on their own products.
